The April, 2010 Boilerman Training Course. Intake/shall begin on 18th April, 2010, continue on each sunday till 2nd May, 2010.
All those who have register for the course need to report for class on 18th April, 2010 at 9.00 am. at Matang Jaya's training centre.
Candidate of the March, 2010's training, kindly submit the exam's application form to Professional Energy (M) Sdn. Bhd's office as soon as possible.

When is annual overhaul & inspection needed ?
All unfired and fired pressure vessel need annual overhaul and safety inspection.
In usual condition, the equipment has to be clean and open up for a yearly inspection.
The inspection will be on the pressure part and the essential fittings.
The pressure part inspection will mainly be on the corrosion, thickness and metal defect while the fitting will be on proper function.
The inspection can usually be extended by three months after written request to the related authority.

What are the space required between equipment within the boiler house ?
Ans: Generally the distance required from one equipment to another, example from water softener to the softwater tank is Min. 800 mm. This is to enable a free & safe passage for the boiler operator in doing their work.
Is insulation needed ?
Ans : Generally, insulation is needed for any equipment with a surface temperature of > 60 deg.C. or reachable to a human's height during normal boiler operation. The other reason for insulation is to reduce heat energy lolost to the environment.
